Terms of Service

GOALGOING ("the Platform") is a football match prediction platform powered by artificial intelligence. The Platform uses a multi-agent causal inference engine to provide match analysis and prediction content. All prediction content is for reference only and does not constitute betting advice or investment recommendations. Users must make their own judgments and bear any consequences of using prediction content.

2.1 Users must provide truthful, accurate registration information, including a valid email address. 2.2 Each user may register only one account. False information or multiple accounts are prohibited. 2.3 Users are responsible for safeguarding account credentials. The Platform is not liable for leaks caused by the user. 2.4 Users must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform. 2.5 The Platform may restrict, suspend, or permanently ban accounts that violate these terms.

3.1 The Platform uses points (G) as the service currency. The top-up rate is 1 USD = 1 G. 3.2 Top-up supports multiple cryptocurrencies, including USDT (TRC-20 / ERC-20), USDC, BTC, and others. 3.3 Once a top-up is confirmed, it is non-refundable. Please verify the amount and payment method before paying. 3.4 Points may only be used within the Platform. They cannot be transferred to other users or exchanged for fiat or crypto. 3.5 The Platform may adjust point pricing and top-up rates with advance notice. 3.6 When cumulative spending on a single match reaches the cap, remaining sessions for that match are provided free of charge.

4.1 After purchasing session predictions, users may view corresponding prediction content and analysis reports during the match. 4.2 Predictions are generated by AI and include core recommendations, key factor analysis, and causal graphs. Results are not guaranteed outcomes. 4.3 Copying, republishing, selling, or distributing Platform content in any form is prohibited. 4.4 Automated tools (scrapers, scripts, etc.) may not be used to access the Platform. 4.5 Users must comply with applicable laws and must not use the Platform for illegal activities.

5.1 Predictions are based on historical data, live statistics, and AI models. Accuracy is not guaranteed. 5.2 Hit-rate and similar statistics reflect past predictions and do not predict future performance. 5.3 Users accept that sports events are inherently unpredictable and predictions may differ from actual results. 5.4 The Platform is not liable for any direct or indirect loss arising from use of prediction content.

6.1 All Platform content, technology, code, design, and trademarks are owned by the Platform and protected by law. 6.2 No one may copy, modify, distribute, or exploit Platform content without written permission. 6.3 User-submitted comments grant the Platform a non-exclusive license to use such content.

7.1 The Platform values user privacy. See the Privacy Policy for details. 7.2 The Platform collects necessary user information to provide services and will not disclose personal data to third parties without authorization.

8.1 The Platform may adjust, suspend, or terminate part or all of the service as needed. 8.2 The Platform will try to notify users of material changes in advance, except in cases of force majeure or emergency. 8.3 Users may delete their account at any time. Data will be handled per the Privacy Policy after deletion.

9.1 The Platform is provided "as is" without express or implied warranties. 9.2 The Platform is not liable for unavailability due to network failure, maintenance, or third-party outages. 9.3 The Platform is not liable for losses from use or inability to use the service, including lost profits or data. 9.4 The Platform is not responsible for the quality or security of third-party links or services.

10.1 This agreement is governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. 10.2 Disputes should first be resolved through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, either party may bring suit in a court with jurisdiction where the Platform is located.

11.1 The Platform may amend this agreement as laws or business needs change. 11.2 Amended terms will be published on the Platform and users will be notified appropriately. 11.3 Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the amended agreement.
